An NPK fertilizer rotary drum granulation production line exported by our company to Indonesia has recently entered the on-site installation phase. Equipment assembly is proceeding steadily according to schedule, and the overall progress aligns with the plan; commissioning and the start of official production are expected to be completed on time.
Installation operations are proceeding in an orderly manner: the core rotary drum granulator has been positioned on its foundation and leveled. The technical team is using laser alignment technology to precisely control the drum’s inclination angle and the coaxiality of the support rollers, ensuring the precision required for stable granulation. Meanwhile, the automatic batching system, crushers, mixers, rotary drying and cooling units, and multi-stage screening equipment are undergoing frame anchoring and pipeline connection, covering the entire production process from raw material proportioning to finished product packaging.
This production line was custom-developed for the Indonesian market to meet the nutrient requirements of major local crops such as oil palm and rice, offering the flexibility to produce various NPK compound fertilizer formulations. To withstand Southeast Asia’s hot and humid climate, key equipment components have undergone anti-corrosion and moisture-proofing treatments; the line also features a closed-loop dust removal system, ensuring compliance with local environmental and production standards.
To guarantee delivery quality, our company has dispatched senior engineers to the site to work alongside the local construction team and conduct simultaneous training on operation and maintenance. The team will subsequently oversee no-load integrated testing, material-loaded commissioning, and trial production guidance, helping the client rapidly achieve stable, full-capacity production.
