The 50,000-ton/year organic fertilizer production line, constructed by our company for a client in Suzhou, is being delivered in multiple batches. The first shipment has already been dispatched, with subsequent deliveries scheduled in reverse order—aligned with the client’s on-site installation sequence—to ensure that equipment can be positioned and installed immediately upon arrival.
The entire production line is divided into three shipments, corresponding to five operational stages: fermentation, crushing and screening, granulation, drying and cooling, and packaging. The first shipment includes the fermentation turner, chain fertilizer crusher, and rotary screen, which are required for the initial construction phases—the fermentation workshop and the crushing section. The second shipment consists of the rotary drum granulator and the drying/cooling unit, while the third shipment comprises the automated packaging system and the main electrical control cabinet. Our logistics department coordinated with the client’s project team regarding on-site lifting capacity and storage space to determine the number of vehicles and arrival times for each batch, preventing the need for long-term on-site storage. Before leaving the factory, each piece of equipment was labeled with its respective operational stage and installation sequence number, with the corresponding workshop area clearly marked on the exterior of the packaging crates.
For the first shipment, the fermentation turner’s tracks were secured with wooden wedges, the crusher and screen cylinders were supported by curved cradles, and the electrical control cabinet was packed in a separate crate containing desiccant. Documentation for each stage—including installation drawings, operation manuals, and packing lists—was packaged in separate bags and included with the shipment. The first batch is currently en route to Suzhou, and the second batch is undergoing the packing process.
