A technical team from Bolivia recently completed an on-site acceptance inspection of our roller press granulator production line. The equipment was immediately disassembled and packaged, and is now fully loaded and shipped. The three-person customer team conducted a two-day item-by-item check against the technical agreement.
On the first day of acceptance, the customer focused on checking the extrusion main unit’s roller material, hardness test report, motor energy efficiency rating, and electrical component brands, comparing them one by one with the drawings. The following day, a trial run was conducted with material samples provided by the customer, running continuously for 3 hours, producing approximately 4.5 tons of granules. On-site sampling and calculations by both parties showed a granulation rate of 93.4% and a granule compressive strength of 42 Newtons, both exceeding the contract specifications. The customer approved the result that the powder content of the finished product after screening was less than 5%, and signed the acceptance certificate on the spot.
After the acceptance was passed, our technicians demonstrated the disassembly sequence to the customer and stamped each disassembled surface with a positioning steel stamp. The crusher blades, screens, and other vulnerable parts are supplied at an additional 20% as per the contract. These are individually packed and checked by the customer representative on-site, who then signs for confirmation. All wooden crates are fumigated to meet Bolivia’s entry quarantine requirements.
The packing documents are prepared in Spanish and include a packing list, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and operating instructions. The goods are transshipped through the port of Arica, Chile, and are fully insured. The customer received scanned copies of all documents and booking confirmation from the shipping company before departure.
