The double spiral groove flipping machine is an efficient flipping equipment designed specifically for aerobic fermentation of organic materials such as livestock manure, crop straw, food processing waste, etc. It adopts a double spiral stirring structure, which can more effectively mix and flip the stacked materials, accelerate the decomposition and transformation of organic materials, and is widely used in fields such as organic fertilizer production, bioenergy, and agricultural waste treatment.

Equipment Structure And Composition

The double spiral groove flipping machine is mainly composed of the following parts:
Walking mechanism: including electric motor, reducer, walking wheel, etc., used to drive equipment to move along the fermentation tank.

Working Principle

The working principle of the double spiral groove flipping machine is that organic materials are stacked in the fermentation tank, and the equipment moves along the fermentation tank through a walking mechanism. The double helix stirring mechanism penetrates deep into the material pile, with two helical shafts rotating in opposite directions to efficiently flip and mix materials, ensuring full contact between the upper and lower layers of materials, increasing oxygen supply, promoting microbial activity, and accelerating the decomposition and transformation of organic materials. The oxygen supply system supplies oxygen to the fermentation tank according to the fermentation requirements, ensuring the smooth progress of the fermentation process. By regularly flipping and supplying oxygen, organic materials undergo aerobic fermentation under suitable conditions, ultimately producing mature organic fertilizers or bioenergy raw materials.
