BB Fertilizer Mixer
The BB fertilizer mixer is a core component of the blended fertilizer production line, serving as a crucial link between raw material batching and finished product packaging. Each component of the granular fertilizer is metered according to the formula and fed into the mixer. After several minutes of homogenization, it is directly sent to the packaging machine for bagging. Mixing Process
The mixing process in the BB fertilizer production line is batch-based. The automatic batching system weighs each component of the granular fertilizer according to the formula and feeds it into the mixer via an elevator. The materials are mixed in the drum for several minutes until homogenization is achieved.
After mixing, the mixture is unloaded into the finished product hopper and directly fed into the packaging machine for metering and bagging. Production line configurations typically consist of a single mixer connected in series with multiple packaging machines, or multiple mixers connected in parallel depending on capacity requirements. The mixing process involves no water addition or heating, making it a purely physical blending process.
