Chain Crusher

Chain crusher is an efficient crushing equipment mainly used for crushing medium to hard materials, such as coal blocks, limestone, shale, fertilizer raw materials, etc. It is particularly suitable for material pretreatment in industries such as agriculture, chemical industry, and building materials. It uses high-speed rotating chains and hammers to impact, shear, and grind materials, achieving efficient crushing of materials.

Equipment Structure And Composition

Chassis: Used to accommodate and protect internal crushing components, typically designed as a sturdy steel structure to withstand impacts and vibrations during the crushing process.

Rotor components: including the main shaft, chain, hammer head, etc., are the core components of the crusher. When the chain and hammer rotate at high speed, they generate impact and shear force on the material, achieving crushing.

Sieve: Used to screen crushed materials to ensure that the particle size meets the requirements. The aperture of the sieve can be adjusted as needed.

Inlet and outlet: The inlet is used for the entry of materials, while the outlet is used for the discharge of crushed materials.

Drive system: including motor and transmission device, providing power for rotor components, ensuring the continuity and stability of the crushing process.

Protective devices: such as safety doors, protective covers, etc., used to protect operators from injury and prevent material splashing.

Working Principle

The working principle of a chain crusher is based on the impact, shearing, and grinding of materials by a high-speed rotating chain and hammer. The specific process is as follows:

Feed: The material enters the crusher from the feed inlet.

Crushing: Under the drive of the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed, and the chain and hammer head impact the material at high speed. At the same time, collisions and friction occur between materials and between materials and the casing, resulting in the material being crushed into small particles.

Screening: The crushed material passes through a sieve, and qualified materials are discharged from the discharge port. Unqualified large particle materials are blocked by the sieve and continue to be impacted and ground in the crushing chamber until the desired particle size is reached.

Discharge: After crushing and screening, qualified materials are discharged from the discharge port to complete the crushing process.

Equipment Features

Efficient crushing: The high-speed rotating chain and hammer can quickly crush materials and improve production efficiency.
Strong adaptability: Suitable for a variety of medium to hard materials, and capable of handling materials with certain humidity and viscosity.
Particle size control: By adjusting the aperture of the sieve, the particle size of the crushed material can be controlled to meet different needs.
Sturdy structure: Adopting a sturdy structural design, it can withstand high-intensity impact and wear, extending its service life.
Easy to operate and maintain: The design features a structure that is easy to maintain, such as an openable protective door, making it convenient for internal cleaning and component replacement.
