- Motor failure
If the motor is difficult to start, it may be due to low power supply voltage, motor overload, internal motor failure, etc.If the heating is severe, it may be due to excessive current, poor heat dissipation, or internal short circuit during the operation of the motor.
- Blockage failure
Material accumulation: Semi-wet materials are prone to adhesion. If the feeding speed is too fast or the crushed materials are not discharged smoothly, they will accumulate in the fertilizer crusher cavity, causing equipment blockage.
Foreign matter entry: During the production process, if foreign matter (such as iron blocks, stones, etc.) is mixed into the material and enters the crusher, it will get stuck between the crushing parts, affecting the normal operation of the equipment, and even causing equipment damage and blockage.
6. Large vibration of the equipment
The vibration of the equipment may be uneven wear or damage of the hammer, resulting in rotor imbalance. Or the coupling is not tightly connected, resulting in loose connection parts. It may also be loose foundation caused by loose installation.
