Working Principle

Empty ton bags are suspended on the weighing bag hanger, with the bag opening sealed to the filling port. The feeding auger or gravity gate fills the bag with material in a rapid feeding mode, and the weighing sensor outputs a weight signal in real time. When approaching the target weight, it automatically switches to slow feeding to ensure accuracy in the final stage. After filling to the set value, feeding stops, the bag clamp and hook are released, and the full bag is removed by a forklift. The equipment can operate continuously in cycles, and the weight data of each bag is automatically recorded.

Maintenance Methods

Clean the accumulated material from the filling port and bag hanger every shift, and check the pneumatic hooks for flexible operation.

Check the wear of the feed spiral or valves weekly; adjust or replace them promptly if excessive clearance is found.

Calibrate the weighing sensors monthly using standard weights to ensure accurate metering.

Check the airtightness of the pneumatic system quarterly, drain any accumulated water from the pneumatic triplet, and check the operation of the solenoid valves.

During annual overhauls, replace worn spiral blades and seals, inspect sensor cables and junction boxes, and tighten frame bolts.
