Windrow Compost Turning Machine

Crawler type dump truck is an efficient dumping equipment designed specifically for composting and fermentation of organic waste such as livestock manure, crop straw, organic garbage, etc. Compared with traditional wheeled dump trucks, tracked dump trucks use tracks as the walking system, which has stronger ground adaptability and stability, especially suitable for operation on uneven, soft or slippery ground, and are widely used in agriculture, environmental protection, organic fertilizer production and other fields.

Equipment Structure And Composition

The tracked dump truck is mainly composed of the following parts:
Crawler walking mechanism: including tracks, drive wheels, guide wheels, etc., providing strong ground grip and stability, adapting to various ground conditions.
Stacking mechanism: usually includes stirring arms, blades, or spirals, used to flip and mix compost materials, increase oxygen supply, and promote fermentation.
Hydraulic system: provides power for the flipping mechanism and walking mechanism, realizing the control of flipping depth, speed, and walking.
Control system: including electronic control system, realizing the automation operation of equipment, such as flipping, walking, speed control, etc.
Security protection system: including overload protection, emergency stop devices, etc., to ensure the safety of equipment and operators.
Oxygen supply system (optional): Oxygen is supplied to compost materials through fans or piping systems to promote microbial activity and accelerate the fermentation process.

Working Principle

The working principle of a tracked dump truck is that organic materials are stacked on the ground, and the equipment moves on the material pile through the track walking mechanism. The dump mechanism penetrates deep into the material, and through the rotation of the mixing arm, blade or screw, flips and mixes the material, allowing the upper and lower layers of the material to fully contact, increasing oxygen supply, promoting microbial activity, and accelerating the decomposition and transformation of organic materials. By regularly turning over piles, organic materials undergo aerobic fermentation under suitable conditions, ultimately producing mature organic fertilizers.

Equipment Features

Strong ground adaptability: The tracked design enables the equipment to operate stably in various ground conditions, including uneven, soft, or slippery surfaces.
Good flipping effect: The flipping mechanism is designed reasonably and can penetrate deep into the material pile, achieving efficient and uniform flipping and mixing.
High degree of automation: achieving automated flipping and walking, reducing manual operations, improving production efficiency, and reducing labor intensity.
Flexible operation: The device has a moderate volume and flexible operation, suitable for use in various venues, including small or irregular spaces.
Environmental protection and energy conservation: promote the resource utilization of organic waste, reduce environmental pollution, and reduce equipment operation energy consumption.
Durability: The track and flipping mechanism are made of durable materials, which are long-lasting and suitable for long-term high-intensity operations.
