Simple Compost Turning Machine
Trough type compost turning machine, also known as trough type fermentation compost turning machine, is a mechanical equipment specifically used for aerobic fermentation treatment of organic materials (such as livestock manure, crop straw, kitchen waste, etc.), widely used in organic fertilizer production, bioenergy, environmental protection treatment and other fields. Its main function is to promote microbial activity in organic materials through flipping and oxygen supply, accelerate the decomposition and transformation of organic materials, and generate high-quality organic fertilizers or bioenergy raw materials.
Equipment Structure And Composition
The trough type stacker mainly consists of the following parts:
Walking mechanism: including electric motor, reducer, walking wheel, etc., used to drive the stacker to move along the fermentation tank.
Stacking mechanism: usually composed of blades or spiral blades, used to flip organic materials in the tank, increase oxygen supply, and promote fermentation.
Lifting mechanism: used to adjust the height of the flipping mechanism, ensuring the flipping depth and efficiency.
Oxygen supply system: Oxygen is supplied to the fermentation tank through a fan or pipeline system to ensure the oxygen demand for microbial activity.
Control system: including PLC or microcomputer control system, realizing the automation operation of equipment, including the control of walking, flipping, oxygen supply and other operations.
Safety protection system: including limit switches, emergency stop buttons, etc., to ensure safe operation.
Working Principle
The working principle of the trough type flipping machine is that organic materials are pre stacked in the fermentation tank, and the flipping machine travels along the fermentation tank to flip the materials through the flipping mechanism, mixing the upper and lower layers of the materials, increasing oxygen supply, promoting microbial activity, and accelerating the decomposition and transformation of organic materials. At the same time, the oxygen supply system supplies oxygen to the fermentation tank as needed to ensure the smooth progress of the fermentation process. By regularly flipping and supplying oxygen, organic materials undergo aerobic fermentation under suitable temperature, humidity, and oxygen conditions, ultimately producing mature organic fertilizers or bioenergy raw materials.
