The mixer needs materials to be a suitable size. Particles that are too big (like over 50mm) won’t mix evenly and can even damage the mixing blades. Stuff that’s too fine creates dust, which also messes up the mix.

2.Right Moisture Level

How wet the stuff is affects how sticky or runny it is in the fertilizer mixer. Too much water (like over 40%) makes lumps that slow mixing down. Too little (under 20%) means more dust and worse mixing.

3.Minimal Hard Garbage

Things like rocks, metal bits, or plastic can break the mixer inside or cause breakdowns. Run your material through a screen or magnetic separator first to clean it out.

4.Balanced Recipe
